question about motif

I have some questions about motif. I use motif 2.3.0. As you know,it
has a window manager called mwm. When I use mwm, i find
it manage the kde desktop, I don't want mwm to manage the kde
desktop,How should i do? Thank you!

Probably I don't understand you right. But mwm can't manages kde desktop.

You can't start  another window manager on the same desktop.

Maybe you start new X Windows form mwm to another desktop?

How you find that mwm manage kde desktop?
